PAST EXPERIENCE - I have performed over 3,717 inspections in the past 10 years throughout the State of Florida although I have been performing Orlando home inspections for 30 years with as many satisfied clients. Prior to inspecting residential and commercial properties I have been in construction as a masonry and concrete subcontractor and as a Certified General Contractor. Bulding these similar properties I know where all the pieces are put together for a complete detailled home inspection.

HOURS OF OPERATION - I am available seven days a week from sunup to sundown. I will schedule early evening inspections for those who work weekdays. If there's sunlight for me to complete the exterior of the home, I'll schedule you an early evening home inspection. You, the customer, are the MOST IMPORTANT PERSON in this equation of your home purchase and home inspection.

ALWAYS ON TIME - I'll always arrive 1/2 hour early and complete the exterior portion of the home inspection and I'll be waiting for your arrival. I'll walk you through every nook and cranny of the property inspection. This will be the ultimate time for you to ask any questions you have concerning your new home. Once we finalize the Orlando Home Inspection you will ultmately have a better understanding of the new property you have chosen. We normally send two inspectors for each property to be inspected schedule permitting. Each inspector double checks each other at each home inspection..

SAME DAY REPORT - You will receive your highly detailed thorough comprehensive report the same afternoon of the inspection unless you had an evening inspection, in that case you would receive it the next day. My reports are highly detailed, legible (computer generated) and very easy to read and understand. My report is 30-60 pages long categorized into components in order for you to locate specific details right away. My report is much better than those long narrative reports, in that, you can scroll right to the component you are looking for and don't have to thumb thru the narrative pages. You can print just the summary or the report and summary by printing the pages you select.
